Root Shoot American Single Malt Whiskey is produced by Root Shoot Spirits in Loveland, Colorado, using 100% Colorado-grown malted barley from the Olander family's fifth-generation farm. Distilled by Vapor Distillery in Boulder on a traditional pot still, it is fermented off-grain and matured for four years in first-use, medium-char American oak barrels.
