Rooster Rojo Reposado Tequila is produced at Fábrica de Tequilas Finos (NOM 1438) in the town of Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico, under Master Distiller Arturo Fuentes Cortes and is owned by Amber Beverage Group. It is made from 100% blue Weber agave from the Los Altos Highlands, cooked in autoclaves, double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills and blended with water filtered through Mexican silver. The Reposado is aged for a minimum of two months in French oak barrels and bottled at 38% ABV, with a US retail price around $40–$50.

  • Though aged for a mere two months, this Tequila sports a vibrant golden hue, a rich, butterscotch aroma and a weighty, moderately sweet palate redolent with vanilla and coconut, exiting with peppery prickle.
