Romero Distilling Sherry Cask Finish Cask Strength Rum is produced using glacier-fed water from the eastern slopes of the Canadian Rockies. It is matured in freshly emptied bourbon barrels from Woodford Reserve and finished in Oloroso sherry casks imported from Jerez, Spain. The rum is crafted in Canadian-made copper pot stills.
