Rolling Standard Midwestern Four Grain Whiskey blends wheated bourbon and American single malt, spotlighting four grains: barley, wheat, corn and rye. Aged in oak barrels, it is bottled at 92 proof.
The taste is thick and spicy with cinnamon, black pepper, honey, almonds, and a hint of fruit in the background. The finish is long with subtle spices and a hint of baked fruits. Excellent
I thought this was a great take on a four grain whiskey. The complexity was fantastic and the mid-palate really gave me something that I do not normally find in whiskey.
