Rolling Fork Single Cask Barbados 9-Year Rum is distilled from molasses by Foursquare Distillery in Barbados. It is bottled by Rolling Fork Spirits in Starlight, Indiana, and aged for 9 years, including 8 years in ex-bourbon barrels and 12–24 months finished in toasted bourbon casks. The rum is then bottled at cask strength, which varies by batch, and is non-chill filtered.
