This is more vegetal than standard Patron, with more bite, more acidic tang, and a clear focus on fresh herbs. A lot of this is likely due to the 45% alcohol that Roca Blanco is bottled at.
Some sweetness is there on the tongue, but not intensely so. Cooked vegetal notes come through on the palate with the sweet agave, but they are in balance with the tequila.
