Rhum J.M. Blanc 40 is produced in Martinique from fresh-pressed sugarcane juice that undergoes natural fermentation for 36–48 hours and is then distilled in a Créole copper column still. The rum then rests for at least 3 months in stainless steel tanks before being cut with volcanic mineral water.
