Reviseur VS Cognac, crafted in France's Petite Champagne region, is made entirely from estate-grown grapes, with production and distillation completed on-site. Brand tasting notes include sweet vanilla, oak and candied fruit. It is bottled at 80 proof and priced at around $29.99.

Réviseur Cognac is produced exclusively on a 90-hectare estate in Petite Champagne. The Ugni Blanc grapes are cultivated with seasonal care and High Environmental Value certification. Grapes are harvested, vinified on-site and double distilled in Charentais pot stills. The resulting eaux-de-vie are aged in sustainably sourced Tronçais and Limousin oak barrels across ten cellars, developing color and complexity from gold in VS to deep amber in XO. Blending and bottling are carried out entirely on the estate.

  • The palate entry is softly sweet: yellow fruit with a vanilla/spicy oak quality. Finishes measuredly sweet. A sound no-nonsense Cognac.
