Reifel Rye is produced by Alberta Distillers in Alberta, Canada, in honor of George Reifel, the distillery’s first master distiller. This whiskey is a blend of 91% pot still rye, 6% Old Grand-Dad Bourbon and 3% oloroso sherry. Aged in charred white oak and ex-bourbon barrels, it is bottled at 42% ABV.

- ...And the nose has rye spices complemented by sherry-led touches of figs, dates, and toffee with just a touch of brown sugar. The taste is thick and spicy with clove, cinnamon, figs and dates underneath, with a slightly dry mouthfeel.
