Redwood Empire Pipe Dream Bourbon is produced by Redwood Empire Distilling in Sonoma, California, and sourced from distilleries in California, Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee. Released on an ongoing basis, it is a blend of bourbons aged between four to 12 years and bottled at 90 proof. The mash bill consists of 75% corn, 21% raw rye and 4% malted barley.
