House Review
  • Nose:

    Brown sugar, orange peel, black tea, caramel and a touch of cardamon and pepper.

  • Taste:

    Medium richness, candied ginger, clove, orange peel and a touch of maple.

  • Finish:

    Short finish with a good deal of ethanol, clove and pepper. It's rye all the way through.

  • Overall:

    Pleasant, complex and fun! This is a great development for Redwood, and it's punchy, bright and fun. Great stuff.
