Red Bank Whisky, co-founded by Kiefer Sutherland, is crafted on Nova Scotia’s Atlantic coast using Canadian wheat, corn and rye whiskies. Blended in small batches, it rests at 80 proof.
The taste has a nice balance of spices with clove, cinnamon, and allspice notes on top of honey and brown sugar in the background. The finish is long with lingering spices.
