- On opening, you get a lovely citrus fragrance, this could be good. When you pour the drink into a glass there is a nice burst of bubbles but it’s pretty colorless (it would have been nice if it was orange, closer to the flavor profile). Our first sip is enjoyable, there is a subtle sweetness and refreshing mandarin taste that goes down very easily.
