  • Nose:

Bright, fruity, loads of cream cheese frosting. Lemon, pepper, huge hit of lactic sweetness. Wet clay.

  • Taste:

Sweet honey, creme brûlée, big big cream cheese frosting. Grows faintly sour. The cream cheese sweetness with some light ash is super unique.

  • Finish:

Long, powerful and complex. Cream cheese frosting, pralines, honey, clay, ashy. Faint lemon.

  • Overall:

Incredible, diverse, complex, powerful. I’m in. This is wonderful.
