  • Nose:

    Caramel popcorn with cinnamon and sweet corn!

  • Taste:

    The initial heat from the proof quickly gives way to rich cornbread sweetness on the back half. Every sip afterward is beautifully well-rounded, with bright floral notes shining through alongside some toasted elements. It's “jumpy” and truly exciting!

  • Finish:

    Bold, with strong oak presence that lingers for quite a while.

  • Overall:

    This bottle is one I'm thrilled to have in the SBC program. Rare Character currently has the whiskey world buzzing with some incredible barrels—this is absolutely one of them!
