R. Jelinek Amaro is a Czech herbal liqueur made by macerating more than 20 botanicals, primarily sourced locally. Produced in small batches, it includes ingredients such as orange peel, lime and plum juice. Originally created near Luhacovice, it launched in the U.S. in 2024.
