Foundry Distilling Co. partnered with Toppling Goliath Brewing Co. to produce Pseudo Sue Whiskey, made from the grain bill of the brewery’s American Pale Ale. The whiskey aged four years in new charred oak barrels and was bottled-in-bond at 50% ABV.
