  • The nose is big and bold, introducing strong, flowery perfume notes and bubble gum. The palate is similar, starting with an overly sweet, floral note, followed by pepper and a surprisingly strong alcohol burn for an 80 proof product.

  • It's almost creamy on the palate, with a similar jalapeño bite and an amalgam of complementary coming through, from lime and grapefruit rind to sweet corn and jasmine.

  • Nose:

    Rich sweetness, vanilla cream, bitter melon and a touch of vinegar and balsamic funk.

  • Taste:

    Rich on the palate, full of berries, mango, tropical fruits, honey, a touch of acid and vinegar. Lots going on.

  • Finish:

    Short finish. Clean and full of red berries, touch of mango, pepper and some lactic salinity.

  • Overall:

    Interesting pour. This has tons of fruit, and a bit of lactic funk and some balsamic. I like it, but it's a unique profile. Kills a paloma, though.
