Proof And Wood Crossborder Jackpot is a blended whiskey sourced, blended, finished and bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky, by Proof And Wood Ventures. It combines three 7-year-old components: a Canadian whisky made from 97% corn, 2.7% rye and 0.3% malted barley, a Canadian rye made from 91% rye and 9% malted barley, both distilled at Canadian Whiskey Distillers in Lethbridge, Canada, and an American rye made from 95% rye and 5% malted barley distilled in Indiana. The blend is finished in ex-rye barrels and bottled at 107 proof (53.5% ABV). It typically retails for around $69.
