Prieto y Prieta Whisky is made 100% from 4 types of corn sourced across Oaxaca. It contains white, red, purple and yellow varietals endemic to the state. It is aged a minimum of 3 years in a combination of new French oak, ex–bourbon barrels and barrels used to age Mexican sherry-style wine. Bottled at 43% ABV, it sells for around $57.
