Produced by Port Chilkoot Distillery, Green Siren Absinthe is based on an 18th-century recipe and produced without artificial coloring or added sugar. It undergoes a double herbal soak with ingredients including wormwood, lemon balm and anise hyssop grown in Southeast Alaska. Once it develops its light licorice flavor and natural jade hue, it is strained and bottled.
