Distilled at Arran, on the Isle of Arran, this bottling carries a unique story as a new entry in the newly released PM Spirits Projects bottlings. This is a blend of two casks, both at least 24 years old, bottled in July 2020 without coloring or filtering.

Apple, honey, pear. Light malty character, with some lovely floral quality.
Really sweet on the palate. Reminds me of fruit syrup - in a good way. Apple, peaches, pears, vanilla bean. Light butterscotch, rising bread, a hint of flaky pastry. Little bit of oak, not a ton.
Long finish. Complex. Hint of pepper and sulfur, but just a little. Delightfully sweet, loaded with fruit character and a finish that endures.
Overall, big fan. A very nice release from a producer that I don’t always jive with. Arran nailed this release, and PM did us all right by bottling it.
