House Review
Nose:
Juniper, soft floral notes, vanilla butter cream, faint orange peel.
Taste:
Thin to medium mouth feel. Light white pepper, faint juniper, orange peel, light anise presence and some nice coriander.
Finish:
Medium in length, no real heat. Lots of orange peel, butter cream, and honey.
Overall:
Really light, especially on the juniper, and loaded with citrus and cream. Light, effervescent and wonderful in a gin fizz on a hot day as well.
