Pitú Vitoriosa Cachaca is a wood aged cachaca produced by Engarrafamento Pitu in Brazil. It is bottled at 39% ABV and retails for around $120. The spirit is described as offering notes of burnt orange, lemongrass, smoked caramel and clove.
On the palate, it's smooth and silky, with big, dark flavors: allspice, toffee, dark honey, toasted coconut, espresso and oak. Add an ice cube and a twist of orange peel for pleasant sipping.
