Pinhook 2025 Straight Rye Whiskey is a Kentucky rye aged more than three years and bottled at 57.0% ABV. It uses a mash bill of 95 % rye and 5 % malted barley. The 750 mL release retails for $42.99.
It’s a pleasing rye from a smaller distillery, and I’d love to see how Pinhook’s rye mash bill will be tasting when it’s 4, 5 or 6 years old. That might be something really wonderful.
