Bottled at 80 proof, Pickers Original Vodka is distilled by Pennington Distilling Co. from corn using a column still, filtered four times and blended with Tennessee limestone water.
As for the spirit itself, there’s a faint medicinal aroma on the nose, along with a hint of freshly-cut hay, but otherwise it’s as neutral as a good vodka should be. This applies to the palate too, which shows some subtle lemon and liquorice notes.
