Rhum Père Labat 6 Year Old Réserve Familiale is crafted by Distillerie Poisson on Marie-Galante, the island's oldest distillery. Made from fresh-pressed sugarcane juice, the distillery uses four sugarcane varieties—red, white, blue, and gray—sourced locally, with some grown on the estate. The rum ages at least six years in 200-liter ex-bourbon American oak casks.
