Bright, sweet and fruit-forward nose. Butterscotch, cranberry, mango, cappuccino, cinnamon, nutmeg.
Thin to moderate palate. Oak and French vanilla lead the way, followed by orange peel, honey, peanut brittle, pomegranate and medicinal cherry.
Quick finish with a touch of heat and a pleasant buttery character, as well as some light oak, blood orange and cinnamon.
A pleasant bourbon, Pendleton 1910 drinks a bit thin at 90 proof but does not lack for flavor. It has a great tropical profile infused with just enough oak to keep things interesting.
