Pegasus Distillerie Minty Liqueur

Pegasus Distillerie Minty Liqueur is a French organic mint liqueur crafted with three varieties of fresh, organic mint grown and hand-harvested in the Alps: orange mint, Japanese mint and Moroccan mint. Each variety is macerated and distilled separately before being blended with cane sugar and pure spring water drawn from a well located 150 meters beneath the distillery in Burgundy. According to the producer, the liqueur contains less sugar than many traditional mint liqueurs, resulting in a bold yet balanced flavor profile. It is designed to be enjoyed simply with sparkling water, ice and a fresh mint leaf. The liqueur has a suggested retail price of $43 for a 700ml bottle.
