Pegasus Distillerie Eau d'Or is a French citrus liqueur produced in Meursault, Burgundy, from organic wheat and barley infused with citrus fruits sourced from Menton, including lemons, oranges and orange blossom. Inspired by a historic recipe dating to the reign of Louis XIV, the liqueur traces its origins to master distillers at Versailles, where it was regarded as a luxury reserved for the royal court.
