Peg Leg Porker 8-Year-Old Bourbon, produced by pitmaster Carey Bringle, originates from the Nashville restaurant of the same name and was first released in 2015. The bourbon is sourced from an undisclosed distillery and undergoes hickory charcoal filtering after aging.
The palate offers almond, chocolate, coconut, tobacco, brown sugar, and blueberry pie. Water brings out rich milk chocolate, strawberry jam, and cherry cobbler.
