Pasote Tequila Extra Añejo is produced at Tequila El Tepozan from 100% blue weber agave grown in Los Altos, Southern Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is cooked in brick ovens, crushed with a tahona and fermented without fibers in stainless steel tanks. The tequila is then double-distilled in copper pot stills, aged 48 months in used bourbon barrels and bottled at 45% ABV.
