Paranubes Oaxaca Anejo Rum is produced by Mezcal Vago from the fresh-pressed juice of sugarcane grown on master distiller Jose Luis Carrera's farm. It is then aged for 18 months in new American oak barrels and bottled at 53.8% ABV.
