Paniolo Blended Whiskey is produced by Haliʹimaile Distilling Co. in Makawao, Hawaii. This 40% ABV whiskey blends bourbon with Maui Gold pineapple, which is distilled to neutral spirit. It's named after Hawaiian cattle drivers, or Paniolo, who were influenced by Mexican vaqueros.
