  • Light and sweet on the palate, lemon, lime, pepper and vanilla pop at first while subtle char, pepper and rye bread develops on the back palate. A prickle of ethanol and a spicy back palate pop with a pleasant complexity.

  • Nose:

Rich on the nose and packed with citrus zest, earthiness and creamy sweetness, there’s tons going on.

  • Taste:

Light and sweet on the palate, lemon, lime, pepper and vanilla pop at first while subtle char, pepper and rye bread develops on the back palate. A prickle of ethanol and a spicy back palate pop with a pleasant complexity.

  • Finish:

Short, clean finish. It’s sweet, light and full of fruit and spice and trails off crisply with a touch of anise.

  • Overall:

If you can get past one of the most maddening closures I’ve experienced in all of spirits, you’re rewarded with a pleasant, complex, devilishly easy to enjoy tequila. Nice work Paladar!
