Paladar Destilado de Agave is part of the brand’s Experimental Range and is produced by one of the last independent founding families of tequila. Made from 7-year-old blue weber agave grown on the family’s fields in Jalisco, it’s slow-cooked in brick ovens, fermented in open-air pine vats with wild and proprietary yeast, and double distilled in copper and stainless steel pot stills. Aged 2 months in ex-bourbon barrels and finished 2 months in amburana casks, each bottle is hand-dipped in volcanic soil from the agave fields.
