  • Nose:

    Funky and fresh, full of lemon and apple, pear and apple cider vinegar. Sugarcane and confectioners sugar.

  • Taste:

    Funky on the palate but pleasant once again, it’s a trifecta of confectioners sugar, apple cider vinegar and a hint of pear, lime and a hint of vinegar-y ester.

  • Finish:

    Long finish, slate, pepper, ash, honey and lemongrass from start to finish.

  • Overall:

    Delectable and unique, this release is one for the books. It’s wildly terroir driven and punchy, flavorful and characterful. Yum!
