Ontake The First Edition 2023 is a Japanese single malt whisky from Ontake Distillery in Kagoshima Prefecture. The distillery was established in 2019 by Nishi Shuzo, a producer with roots dating to 1845. The whisky is matured in first-fill solera sherry butts and bottled at 43% ABV.
