Olujo Añejo is a blue weber agave tequila produced in Jalisco, Mexico, specifically from the Los Altos and Los Valles regions. Distilled twice in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks using Champagne yeast. The tequila is then aged in American white oak barrels as a single-barrel expression and bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format.
