Olmeca Extra Aged Tequila is an extra añejo tequila produced at Destilería Colonial de Jalisco (NOM 1111) in Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico, and owned by Pernod Ricard. Made from blue Weber agave, it is fermented and double distilled in copper pot stills before aging for approximately 13 months in small ex-bourbon oak casks. It is bottled at 38% ABV.
