  • I didn’t expect this whiskey to be as fun as it was – fruity, sweet, full of life. It’s not the most complex bourbon I’ve ever tasted, but it is undoubtedly an enjoyable one (and, I imagine, is the world’s best accompaniment to peach cobbler on a warm summer evening).

  • Rather low heat (burn) and remarkably thick. It’s smooth and warm going down with an overall effortless feel to it.

  • On the palate, you'll find maple sugar, butterscotch, nutmeg, and Red Hots. Dried fruits and sweet caramel continue through the decently long finish.

  • The taste is spicy with cinnamon and allspice notes, dark chocolate, honey, caramel candy, and charred oak. The finish is long with subtle spices and touches of caramel and nuts.
