House Review
Nose:
Sweet, musty honey. Apples, pears, plums, vanilla bean. Rich and sweet. Doughy and yeasty.
Taste:
Sweet, medium mouth feel. Honey, cream, vanilla bean, caramel and sugar. Light salinity, some pepper. Light ash. really sweet at first but the heat grows with time as does the smoke and minerality.
Finish:
Rich and powerful finish. Very long. Ashy, briny, mineral forward. Lots of cream here, as well.
Overall:
Powerful and fun but a bit disjointed.
Score:
85
