Old Pepper Straight Bourbon, originally produced by Colonel James E. Pepper in the 1880s, is distilled and bottled at the James E. Pepper Distillery in Lexington. It features a mashbill of corn, rye, malted barley and malted rye. It is aged for a minimum of four years in new toasted and charred barrels made from Kentucky oak and bottled uncut and unfiltered.
Featuring 100% of their own distillate with a combined blend of 20% malted barley and malted rye, this Old Pepper Single Barrel Bourbon bourbon drinks more traditional than you’d expect.
