Glengoyne 1997 Old Particular is a 17-year single malt Scotch whisky distilled in September 1997 and bottled in February 2015 by Douglas Laing. Drawn from refill hogshead cask, it was released as a single-cask, non-chill-filtered, uncolored expression. It rests at 48.4% ABV and comes in a 700 ml format.

  • Quite oaky and sugarish, but some sour notes develop after thirty seconds. Stale wine, cider, apple juice. Gets a little bitter… Medium finish on stale beer
