Old Hamer Straight Bourbon is produced by MGP in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, and bottled by West Fork Whiskey Co. in Indianapolis. Aged a minimum of two years, it has a mashbill of 99% corn and 1% malted barley.
The palate is relatively restrained for a Bourbon, with delicate coconut, almond and vanilla tones leading into ginger and white pepper on the drying finish.
