  • Nose:

    Big and bright, full of sweet toffee, honey, red berries, a touch of cola, cocoa and big pepper.

  • Taste:

    Rich on the palate, a great blend of baking spice, rich honey, big toffee, cola and blackberry. Stewed fruits, some pepper, heavy oak and plenty of character. Experimental, and lovely!

  • Finish:

    Long finish, jammy and rich with tons of caramel candies, red berries, toffee and a hint of tobacco.

  • Overall:

    Rich and fun throughout, this is a great release from Old Fourth and shows off an experimental edge to an old favorite.
