Ojo de Tigre was launched in 2018 by Mexican actor Luis Gerardo Mendez and spirits group Casa Lumbre. Its combination of Agave Espadin and Agave Tobala — which first hit the U.S. in 2020 — is cooked in underground pits, milled a tahona wheel and double distilled in copper alembique stills.
