Oddbird Addiction is a non-alcoholic red wine made in Spain from 100% Tempranillo grapes, produced through a process of dealcoholization using vacuum distillation. The wine contains less than 0.5% ABV.
Overall, this was a fantastic wine. One of the best in this category. Dry and tannic, with a nice balanced mouthfeel, and smoky dustiness that correctly replicates an old world Spanish Rioja.
