Oceanside Distillery Odysea Double Oak Bourbon is produced in Cape Canaveral, Florida, by the brothers who founded the distillery in 2018. Made with Florida corn in the mash bill, it undergoes a second maturation for eight months in French oak barrels toasted longer but lightly charred. Bottled from single barrels at 90 proof (45% ABV), it features no blending.
