O.K.I. Reserve Blended Bourbon Whiskey

O.K.I. Blended Bourbon Batch 1, released in June 2022, is distilled at MGP and blended and bottled by New Riff Distillery at 100 proof. The blend includes low rye bourbon (7.8% 10-year, 1.8% 9-year, 23.3% 8-year), high rye bourbon (26.4% 8-year, 0.2% 3-year), rye whiskey (12.2% 9-year), corn whiskey (4.6% 9-year) and light whiskey (23.7% 10-year). The mashbills vary, with low rye bourbon at 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley; high rye bourbon at 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% malted barley; rye whiskey at 95% rye and 5% malted barley; corn whiskey at 81% corn, 15% rye and 4% malted barley; and light whiskey at 99% corn and 1% malted barley.
